How it works
- Operator downloads configuration from ZEDEDA.
- ZEDEDA creates signed/encrypted configuration Blob and user downloads to the preferred transport mechanism.
- Operator manually transports config inside the air gap to console on the local network.
- Operator manually posts config to Edge Sync.
- Edge node detects connection to ZEDEDA is severed and downloads config from Edge Sync.
- Nodes implement configuration changes. When connection is restored, nodes check for newer configuration. The cloud is the single source of truth, avoiding split brain scenarios.
