This year VMware Explore (previously VMworld) will be hosted at the Moscone Center in San Francisco, CA from August 29 – September 1. According to VMware’s CEO, Raghu Raghuram, this unique event consists of a “gathering of the tribes for the multi-cloud community” and will “welcome all innovators who are leading the way in defining the multi-cloud era, including [VMware] customers, ecosystem partners, and influencers from around the world.”
VMware Explore will focus on how to solve today’s challenges of multi-workload, multi-cloud, and multi-workspace IT environments. Through keynotes, breakout sessions, small group sessions, hands-on labs and more, attendees will gain insights on how to accelerate cloud transformation, build and operate a cloud native platform, secure and empower a hybrid workforce, and connect and secure clouds and apps. In total, the event will have 12 tracks across these five main focus areas – enough topics to go around for anyone who is interested in learning from their multi-cloud community experts and peers.
Featured speakers include leads from VMware, Google, Spotify, CVS Health, Deloitte, Topgolf, and more. Diamond sponsors include AWS, Dell Technologies, Google Cloud, Intel, Microsoft, and NVIDIA.
ZEDEDA will also attend and participate in this event for the multi-cloud community. ZEDEDA’s Founder and CEO, Said Ouissal, will speak at Moscone West, for a session called, “Edge Computing is the Next Evolution of Cloud” – you’ll discover valuable insights on the reasons why organizations are moving to cloud-native edge computing solutions. VP of Customer Success and Product Management at ZEDEDA, Raghushankar Vatte, will also speak at Moscone West, for a session entitled, “Take Modern Apps to the Edge with Tanzu for Kubernetes Operations.” In this session, attendees can find out and review various different edge deployment patterns to know where and when you should use it as part of your cloud architecture. To sign up for these sessions, make sure to check out the VMware Explore content catalog.
